Improvement of the user experience with the addition of the Our Properties page

Project context

Keasy Conciergerie is a company specializing in the management of short-term rental properties. After a year of activity, the company has gained the trust of around 20 owners, wishing to highlight these collaborations to strengthen its credibility and attract new customers.

However, the existing site did not offer a section dedicated to the presentation of the managed properties, which limited the transparency and social proof essential in this field.

The objective of this UX study was therefore to design and integrate a new « Our Properties » page to promote the accommodation managed by Keasy and to establish a climate of trust among future owners and tenants.

Methodology Used

To design an effective interface tailored to user needs, I implemented an approach based on various UX research methods:

📊 Benchmarking: Comparative analysis of several short-term rental websites to identify best practices in navigation, property presentation, and social proof elements.

📝 Exploratory Questionnaire: Creation and distribution of a survey aimed at users of rental platforms to gather insights into their expectations, behaviors, and pain points when searching for accommodation.

🎯 User Testing: Evaluation of the site prototype with five users familiar with short-term rental platforms. The goal is to identify potential navigation obstacles and adjust the interface accordingly.

Data Collection and Analysis

The data collected through these methodologies will be carefully analyzed to extract key insights into user needs. This information will guide:

Content organization and hierarchy for a fluid and intuitive reading experience.

User journey improvements to enhance navigation efficiency.

The addition of relevant features, based on the expectations of property owners and tenants.

The UX research work for Keasy Conciergerie is currently underway.

I would be delighted to discuss the methodologies used during an interview, in order to share the approaches,
challenges and objectives targeted by this project.
